"Design Was Close Overall"
The design looked fairly close to what I expected, so overall it was decent. That said, a few details were a bit off and could’ve been more accurate. Not a huge issue, but definitely noticeable.

I mean, it works, but I was kind of expecting more options to customize things. There just didn’t seem to be a lot I could change, which was a little disappointing.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
The weird part is I wasn’t really expecting it to take that long, but the shipping ended up being kinda slow. It did arrive eventually, just later than I had hoped.

You can tell it’s made with care. The craftsmanship feels solid, and the little details look really nice up close. It took maybe a little longer than I expected to arrive, but overall I’m happy with it...

I ordered a custom piece and, i don’t even remember all the little options I chose at this point, but I do remember opening the box and being really impressed. The finish looked clean, it felt sturdy, and nothing about it seemed cheap or flimsy. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Return was fine, but the refund felt like a waiting game"
The return itself was straightforward, but the refund took longer than I expected. I did get my money back in the end, but for a while I felt kind of trapped just waiting with no real update.

The item itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box arrived crushed and messy, which is frustrating when you're paying this much. I tried reaching out about it too, but I kept getting transferred around, which just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be

"Honestly easier than I expected"
I was kind of prepared to get annoyed trying to find everything, but the site was actually really easy to use. The pages were simple to get to, the menu made sense, and checkout didn’t trip me up at all. It also looked fine on my phone, which was a relief.

"Really helpful customer service"
I had a small issue with my order and didn’t expect to hear back very quickly, but they replied way faster than I thought. The person helping me was friendly and got everything sorted without making it feel like a big ordeal. For some reason I remember I was eating a slightly burnt piece of toast when their reply came through, which made the quick response even more surprising. Really nice dealing with a company that actually answers and helps. I’d definitely order again.

"Ridiculously good for the price"
I’m really happy with it. For the price, the design came out exactly how I wanted and it looks really nice. It didn’t feel overpriced at all, which is kind of ridiculous considering how good it turned out

"Good end result, but the communication felt a bit slow"
The design came out well in the end, and I do appreciate the work that went into it. For me, though, the process showed how much communication matters when you’re trusting someone with a project. There were a few times I had to wait a couple of days for a reply, which made things feel a little uncertain. They were always polite when they did get back to me, just not especially quick. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t feel as smooth as I’d hoped
